What data is processed?             

In order to provide our car parking service we only require the information that appears on the parking ticket, indicating the vehicle registration number, so that the vehicle can be recovered by the ticket holder. Identifying data will only need to be processed under the circumstances outlined below.

For what purpose?

In order to bill the service if so required, and also for claims management and for processing claims with the insurance company.

Why can they do so?

Because the provision of the car park service determines the beginning of a contractual relationship, and in order to comply with the same it is necessary to process your data in the cases indicated above.

Who else has access to your data?

The Tax Office in the event that it is required in fulfillment of the tax obligations of the car park management company.

The insurance Company in the event of damages caused inside the car park and for which the management Company must bear the responsibility in accordance with the Insurance Contract Act.

The absent owner of the damaged vehicle in the event that the car park management company damage is not responsible for the damage.

The competent public Administration in the event of a complaint in accordance with the complaints legislation of autonomous community where the car park is situated.

Law Enforcement Agencies and Courts in the event that such information was required in the course of an investigation.

What are your rights and where can you demand them?

The right to access your data and be informed about its use.

The right to correct data which is incomplete or incorrect.

The right to delete data when it is no longer necessary, in accordance with law, consent is withdrawn or you object to its use, amongst other reasons.

The right to object to the processing of data based on personal conditions, in which case once the reasons have been examined the data will no longer be processed.

The right to restrict the processing of the data while assessing the legal validity of the request, opposition to erasure or you wish them to be conserved in order to exercise or defend claims.

Withdrawal of consent for the processing of your data, which shall not affect the processing carried out up to that time.

How long is your data kept for?

Up to six years after the provision of the service has ended if an invoice has been issued or if any kind of responsibility has arisen due to the provision of the service, requiring the exercise of rights or the defense of the company against claims.

For what purpose?

This data is processed for contacting companies, business people or professionals who collaborate with or provide services to the Car Park companies belonging to the Group or to identify the legal representatives of those companies if a juridical relationship has been established with them.

Because the relationship established with clients and suppliers determines the existence of legitimate interest to maintain fluid contact with the Company through its employees and to enable them to verify the representative capacity of their representatives in legal transactions.

For how long will your data be kept?

If you have not participated in any selection process, your curriculum will be erased within two years of its reception.

If you have been involved in a selection process, the result of such will form part of your files in the company if you have been selected or on the contrary, if you have not been successful, your data will be eliminated within 3 years.

For what purpose?

The visualization of images in real time is carried out in order to control traffic in the car parks, to enable the Company to provide a high quality service and to guarantee compliance with the traffic regulations inside the carpark.

Why can they do so?

The processing of data consisting in the visualization of images in real time is based on our legitimate interest to guarantee that the traffic of vehicles in our carparks is conducted in a regular manner.

Who else has access to your data?

The company SERCOINFO SERVICIOS AUXILIARES provides the staff who carry out the visualization of images on behalf of the Company responsible for the management of each of the car parks, as indicated at the beginning of this information leaflet.
